Which phone models do you have cases for?
We make cases for all iPhone models starting from iPhone 14 Series to iPhone X Series.
What are your cases made of?
Tough cases are dual-layer, made of shock-absorbing TPU inside and a hard plastic (polycarbonate) shell on the outside.
Are your phone cases MagSafe®️ compatible?
Yes. Artsypod cases are available both in MagSafe®️-compatible and non-compatible options. We provide MagSafe®️ only for iPhone 14, 13, and 12 Series.
How much does the MagSafe module weigh?
The MagSafe module weighs 3-4 grams.
How thin are the tough cases?
Tough cases are 3-4mm thin (with TPU included).
Are the cases drop-resistant?
Yes, Our tough iPhone cases are dual-layer, made of shock-absorbing TPU inside and outside hard plastic (polycarbonate) shells to protect your phone from drops and damages.
Are your phone cases Fade-resistant?
We use premium printing technologies to design our cases, they are resistant to color and fading.
Do Artsypod phone cases have a raised bezel for camera protection?
All of our cases have a raised bezel around the camera, so your phone's lens won't touch flat surfaces while the phone is on its back.
Is the magnetic ring smooth or are the edges sharp? I’m worried it will damage my phone.
The magnetic ring is embedded into the case. This means that the inside of the case is completely smooth and will not scratch your phone. ( Compatible with iPhone 14,13 and 12 Series)
Who designs Artsypod cases?
Our cases are created by our internal team of graphic designers that are highly passionate about the latest trends in fashion and style. The cases are being manufactured and shipped from our factory in China.
Are your phone cases BPA-free and phthalate free?
Our plastic phone cases are not BPA free. However, BPA is mainly transmitted via food when it's heated in plastic containers or its plastic packaging and then eaten. BPA in a phone case should not be of concern.
Are the cases recyclable?
Yes, our cases are made from polyurethane which is a recyclable material.
Shipping and Delivery
Can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders above $50 USD / 50 EUR / £40 GBP / $60 AUD / $60 CAD.
How much does the shipping cost?
Our Shipping expenses is fixed Worldwide. The price will be shown to you at the product page or before submitting the purchase during the checkout process.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer a worldwide express shipping option. Express shipping partners may vary depending on the region and country.
Do you cover customs/import fees?
No, we do not cover customs/import fees. The payment of customs/import fees is the responsibility of the importer and is levied based on the laws of the destination into which the products are being shipped.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the majority of countries worldwide.
How long does the shipping take?
If you live in Europe, the shipping may take 6-8 business days. However, if you live across the ocean (the USA or Canada), it may take 7-10 business days for the parcel to reach you. Rest Of The World 10-21 business days.
Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, which may cause a slight delay.
I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What do I do?
If your item is taking too long to arrive, please contact us via email hello@artsypod.com. We will immediately offer a solution.
Accidentally had my order shipped to the incorrect address. What can I do?
If your order has not been shipped and was placed less than one (1) hour ago, please email us right away! If we can catch it before it processes and/or ships out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order is too far along in the processing stage or has been shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to.

We also recommend reaching out to the carrier to see if the package can be redirected or held at your local post office.
Modify/change my shipping address?
For retail customers: if you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately with the correct address. Please click the "Contact" button at the bottom of the page to send us your correct shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed we will edit your order information.
We can only make changes up to an hour after your order has been placed.

Can I get the tracking information?
We ship all of our orders with fully tracked mailing services. You should have received your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

How can I pay for your products?
We accept PayPal (on some regions and countries), Apple Pay and all major debit or credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex and more.
Note: Your card is always charged at the time of purchase.
A discount code isn't working, why?
Some of our discounts have minimum purchase prices or are for specific items! They also won't combine with and current sales we have on our site! If you want more info on your discount code and how it can be used pop onto the chat or email hello@artsypod.com

I have problems with the payment process. Help me.
If you experience any problems concerning the payment, please contact us via email hello@artsypod.com and provide as much information about your order as you can. We'll do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. We cannot make any changes or cancel orders after 1 hour of the order being placed. If you need to cancel the order, please email within 1 hour of your order being placed.

Just shoot an email to our Customer Support Team with your order number.
Note: We try our best to answer each email as quickly as possible! If an order ships before we are able to cancel, there is unfortunately nothing we can do about it. But we do offer super easy, free exchanges and easy returns.
Pending Charge - Why was I charged twice?
Depending on your financial institution, you may see a second pending charge on your account. Don't worry, one of these charges will disappear within 2 business days!
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Artsypod Store Credit Gift Card. Depending on your financial institution, you will see your refund within 3-5 business days.
If you are returning a gift, you will receive a Store Credit Gift Card via email with the credited amount.
We will need to be able to pull up the original order, so make sure you have the order number, email address, and first and last name of the person who purchased.
If you paid with a Gift Card, you will receive the refund back to the gift card used to purchase.
If you have not received your refund after 5-7 business days, please email our Customer Support Team and we would be happy to look into this for you!

How can I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed exactly like a promo code. During checkout, enter the code in the discount code box and click the arrow to apply the gift card amount to your order. Gift cards cannot be combined with promo codes or any other discount codes.
Where do I apply a promo code or gift card?
Add a promo code or gift card to your order (Desktop)
Proceed to checkout with the checkout button in your cart. During checkout, you will see a discount code box on the right side of the page. Type in the code and click apply to add the discount or gift card to your order.

Proceed to checkout with the checkout button in your cart. During checkout, you will see a button that says "Click here to apply a discount code." Type in the code and click the arrow to apply it to your order.
Can I use more than one code per order?
Sadly, no :( Only one promo code or discount is allowed per order. Gift cards cannot be used with promo codes and some promo codes cannot be used on sale items.
SALE
Please, PLEASE double, and triple-check before placing your order! Sale items are marked with SALE on the product pages, in your cart throughout the checkout process, and on your order confirmation page. Any items marked with final sale unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged. We highly recommend double-checking to make sure you ordered the right size, style, design, etc. before placing your order.
